The spacious lounge looks out across the garden, with double doors opening directly onto the rear patio.

A double sofa bed also provides additional sleeping space when required.

The Kitchen & Dining Room
At the heart of Haylands End is the generous kitchen and dining space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a traditional AGA alongside an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Enjoy a quiet morning coffee at the breakfast bar, or gather around the solid wooden dining table for a relaxed meal together.
Bi-folding doors open onto the patio, creating a wonderful connection between the kitchen, garden and countryside beyond.

A cosy and comfortable twin bedroom with stunning views across the surrounding countryside and the convenience of its own en-suite shower room. The beds can be made up as a king-size bed on request.

The patio provides the perfect setting for long lunches and relaxed evenings, with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue ready for alfresco meals. And when it’s time to unwind truly, step into the private hot tub and watch the countryside change as the day fades into evening.
